The Law Firm’s attorneys have completed another project related to the preparation of a lease agreement for a client operating in the real estate development and hotel industries, with the tenant intending to sublease the premises located in the building. The Law Firm’s lawyers also participated in negotiations of the agreement’s provisions with the counterparty.
At the time the parties entered into negotiations to conclude the agreement, the property to be leased was still under construction, which required the introduction of appropriate provisions related to the ongoing investment process and linking them to the terms and conditions agreed by the parties for the handover of the leased property.
It was also necessary to take into account that part of the building was to remain at the disposal of the lessor, while the specific nature of the future sublessees’ activities required the introduction of appropriate provisions related to the building’s equipment and the rules of access to its individual parts.
