Assistance and advisory services in establishing a special purpose entity for a developer

The Law Firm’s lawyers provided legal assistance and ongoing advisory services to a Client seeking to establish a special purpose entity (SPE) for real estate development activities. Notably, the Law Firm was involved in this project from its inception, offering support during the conceptual phase in determining strategic objectives related to:
