Recently, the Law Firm’s lawyers supported a real estate investor in the process of finalizing an investment, obtaining a loan for partial financing, and settling all claims between the investor, the general contractor, and subcontractors.
The negotiations, in which our lawyers actively participated, successfully concluded, enabling the completion of the construction and financial settlement of a large commercial facility.
As a result of discussions involving all parties to the construction process, settlement agreements were reached at both the investor-general contractor and general contractor-subcontractor levels. This significantly expedited not only the completion of the construction but also the bank’s approval of partial investment financing and the negotiation of loan securities that were acceptable to the investor.
The construction has been completed and the facility is now operational, so the commercialization of the facility has begun with the help of our lawyers. We are confident that this phase will also proceed smoothly and successfully.
