From 2019 to 2023, within the framework of the project entitled Start in Podkarpackie, implemented jointly with Rzeszowska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A, the Law Firm, as a Project Partner, provided legal services to start-up enterprises (capital companies).
Starting from April 2019 until June 30, 2023, start-up companies took part in an incubation program tailored individually to a given company depending on the industry and specifics of the idea.
As part of the program, the Law Firm provided comprehensive legal assistance to entities in such industries as aviation, automotive, IT and e-commerce. The legal support provided was aimed at preparing companies to provide services in accordance with the law. The Law Firm’s lawyers also assisted in regulating legal relations in companies, as well as analyzed and prepared the necessary documentation governing cooperation with potential contractors and customers.
Within the framework of the VII rounds of the program, more than 300 entities benefited from the Law Firm’s legal assistance, while it should also be noted that the average number of hours devoted to providing legal assistance to one start-up company was as much as 72h!
We are pleased that despite the end of the incubation period, some of the incubated companies continue to use the Law Firm’s services.
