Contract servicing – Construction of the Burakowski Collector “Bis” at Marymoncka Street

M. Wojciechowska i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawnicza Sp. k. advised the consortium of the general contractor implementing the investment “Construction of the Burakowski Collector “Bis” at Marymoncka Street”. The value of the executed contract is more than PLN 230 million.

The Law Firm’s lawyers carried out comprehensive legal services for the contract, including legal advice on the tender procedure, as well as preparation of draft agreements with subcontractors, participation in negotiations, legal protection of the general contractor’s interests and presentation of solutions to current legal issues related to the implementation of the investment.

The investment was completed at the end of November 2015.
