Court proceedings in the case against Abener Energia S.A. and Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S.A.

Due to the non-payment of the General Contractor – Abener Energia S. A. to the subcontractors performing construction works related to the implementation of the investment titled “Contract No. DT/9/2012 concerning the construction of a 400 MWe gas-steam unit with a district heating section at Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S. A.” the Law Firm, acting on behalf of the Clients, has taken legal action in three cases, which concern the enforcement of jointly and severally from the Contractor and the Investor – Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S.A. of all claims to which the Clients are entitled.

The total value of claims includes the amount of over PLN 17.5 million.
