Difficulties for entrepreneurs – change in the method of establishing a company

In July 2017, an amendment to the Commercial Companies Code came into force, introducing new rules for the incorporation of limited liability companies under the S24 procedure. Until now, the so-called “ordinary” electronic signature was sufficient to sign the limited liability company contract and submit an application for the registration of such a company in the National Court Register in the S24 mode. With the amendment of Article 1571 § 2 of the Act, it will now only be possible to establish a limited liability company in this mode using a qualified electronic signature or a signature confirmed by an ePUAP trusted profile
