The Law Firm has successfully negotiated an amicable settlement of long-standing disputes concerning the settlement of subcontractors performing construction works in the framework of a construction project in the energy industry. Negotiations with the participation of the Law Firm’s lawyers led to the agreement on the terms satisfactory to the Clients, who were satisfied in the total amount of approximately PLN 17,000,000. The conclusion of the agreements led to completion of several court proceedings conducted by a team of lawyers specializing in investment and construction law led by attorney Małgorzata Wojciechowska.
