Healthcare tenders financed from Poland’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) funds

We have already completed the first public tender, which ended a few days ago with the conclusion of a construction contract as part of a project partially financed by KPO funds for one of the hospitals operating in the Podkarpackie Province. This is a great success, considering that the Client signed the co-financing agreement at the beginning of June 2025.

As part of the implementation of the entire project, we will prepare four more tender procedures for the supply of equipment, devices and fittings. The co-financing deadlines require a short implementation time. The law firm has a lot of responsibilities during the tenders, taking into account the scope of our agreement with the client. Under the agreement, we prepare the entire tender procedure from a legal perspective, supervise the formal and legal course of the procedure, actively participate in the work of the tender committee, and prepare all agreements and attachments.

After completing all tender procedures under the Public Procurement Law, we will implement the second stage of the agreement in the field of legal advice on the implementation of all agreements concluded under the Public Procurement Law and their settlement under KPO.

Despite the short time available for the implementation and settlement of the project, we hope that with the strong commitment of the investor, the professionalism of the entities selected in the tender procedure and our legal assistance, the project will be completed successfully.

The total value of the project is over PLN 60,000,000, and the implementation period is approximately 11 months.
