The Regional Court in Lublin accepted the claim for payment of more than PLN 140,000.00, brought by the Law Firm’s Client. The basis of the claim was a construction contract. The defendant refused to pay part of the remuneration to our Client, justifying it by deduction of mutual claims for delayed payment of wages to subcontractors. Thanks to the arguments and objections raised by The Law Firm’s lawyers during the trial, the Court accepted the plaintiff’s claim in its entirety, awarding him the entire amount claimed.
