Lawyers of the Law Firm support the Client (investor) in the process of implementation of an investment concerning the construction of a production plant, including a complex of industrial buildings together with installations, technological line, equipment, tanks and connectors.
We started working on this project at the conceptual stage, participating, among other things, in the process of obtaining patents. Support of the Law Firm’s lawyers included also drafting the design work contract, then the construction contract and related subcontracts. We also participated in the process of negotiating a contract for the supply of utilities, process line and other components for production in the chemical industry. We performed all activities related to handling of the project in Polish and English.
The Law Firm’s lawyers are currently supporting the Client in the process of execution of construction works and preparation facility for commissioning.
