Legal support in organizing procurement procedures for the purchase of sports equipment

The Law Firm’s attorneys assisted Clients in organizing and conducting procurement procedures for the supply of sports equipment within a program funded by the state budget.

This included drafting the procurement announcement along with all necessary attachments, such as the description of the order, bid form, and templates for required declarations from bidders. Additionally, a model contract for the selected supplier was prepared for each Client.
