The Law Firm’s attorneys provide legal support to the Client – a company operating in the development industry – in connection with the Client’s entry into the next stage of its development project.
The legal support offered to the client by the Law Firm’s lawyers at the previous stage of the investment contributed to the rapid commencement of the development project and the acquisition of buyers for the premises.
Currently, the Law Firm’s lawyers are involved in, among other things, preparing draft documents necessary for the Client to offer premises for sale to customers, tailored to the specific nature of the investment and the existing assumptions of the development project, including, among others:
- information prospectus,
- booking agreement,
- development agreement.
