The Law Firm’s lawyers provided legal assistance to the Client in the process of implementing an investment project involving construction of a production facility with a value of approximately PLN 80 million.
The legal support provided by the Law Firm’s attorneys and advocates covered every stage of the Client’s project, beginning with legal advice during the research phase on formulations and production technology, continuing through the design of the production facility and the purchase of production equipment, and concluding with the negotiation and execution of the construction contract for the facility.
As part of their legal services, the Law Firm’s lawyers:
- reviewed the research work agreements,
- reviewed the design contract for the development of the construction design for the production facility,
- reviewed confidentiality agreements (in English) during the selection of the production line supplier,
- drafted the production line supply agreement (in English),
- drafted the construction contract,
- reviewed bank and insurance guarantees securing the proper performance of the contracts as well as claims under warranties and guarantees.
Legal support also included participation in negotiations of research contracts, design contracts, production line supply contracts, and construction contracts. After the project was completed, the Law Firm’s lawyers also assisted the Client with its settlement.
