Mediation agreement regarding the settlement of electricity supply to commercial properties

In the last quarter of 2024, another mediation agreement was reached, in which the law firm represented the defendant in a court case.

After 8 years of litigation at the first instance in  the Regional Court in Warsaw, the parties decided to submit the case to mediation.

The subject of the dispute was the settlement of electricity supply to our Client’s commercial properties in connection with the early termination of the contract.

As a result of over 4 months of mediation, the parties reached a settlement that ends the long-running court dispute and provides the opportunity to settle the claims arising from the execution of the contract on satisfactory terms.

The settlement was approved by the Court.
