Participation and legal support in another successful commercialization process of the property

Recently, the Law Firm’s lawyers provided legal support to a Client in the process of concluding a commercial lease agreement for a premises designated for a medical diagnostic laboratory.

The Law Firm’s attorneys first analysed the lease agreement draft proposed by the tenant and introduced amendments and additional provisions to protect the interests of the Client, the landlord. Given the nature of the tenant’s business, particular attention was paid to contractual clauses regarding the execution of adaptation and interior design work within the premises, as well as the settlement of expenses related to these modifications upon lease termination.
