Proceedings for payment before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw

In connection with the Ordering Party’s failure to pay the Contractor the remuneration for the performance of the construction contract for the modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Chelm, and in view of the arbitration clause binding the parties, the Law Firm, acting on behalf of the Client, filed an action for payment before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.

The value of the claim is approximately PLN 275,000.00.
