Providing advising services on investment in the construction of district heating networks

The Law Firm advised a consortium of the general contractor implementing three investments involving the construction and reconstruction of district heating networks. The value of the implemented investments is a total amount of more than PLN 76 million.

The Law Firm’s lawyers carried out comprehensive legal services for the indicated investments, including advice on drafting the consortium agreement and executive agreement and agreements with subcontractors, participation in negotiations with the investor, as well as advice on current issues related to the implementation of the investments.
