The President signed an amendment to the Labour Code introducing a definition of remote work, which includes total remote work as well as hybrid remote work, according to the needs of the individual employee and the employer. Remote work may also be performed on an occasional basis, at the request of the employee submitted on paper or electronically, up to a maximum of 24 days per calendar year. Remote work in this form will be applicable in incidental circumstances justified solely by the employee’s need.
In connection with these changes, our attorneys, have started preparing for our Clients the documentation necessary for introduction of remote work in their workplaces.
