Representation of the Client in a court case for the return of the advance payment in connection with the withdrawal from the contract

The Law Firm has established cooperation with a Client – a Company which is a prestigious manufacturer of modern and advanced solutions in the field of telecommunication technologies used in the automotive industry.

We are currently representing the Client in a court dispute concerning a claim for the return of an advance payment made by the Client to the contractor in connection with a contract for the sale of a specialized industrial furnace for re-melting materials, from which the Law Firm’s Client withdrew for reasons attributable to the contractor. The value of the contract is approximately PLN 600,000.
