S-19 VIA CARPATIA – legal support for contractors and subcontractors at all stages of implementation

The lawyers of the Law Firm provide legal services to contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers involved in public procurement related to the construction of the S-19 VIA CARPATIA expressway in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.

Legal services are provided to Clients performing the following tasks and works:

• Geological investigations (drilling test boreholes, probing, hydrogeological and geotechnical monitoring, laboratory tests);
  • Geotechnical investigations;
  • Preparation of design documentation, including program concepts, geotechnical opinions, geological work plans, geotechnical-engineering documentation, hydrogeological documentation, soil testing documentation, drainage project plans;
  • Construction works;
  • Material supply for construction (aggregate, substructures, mineral-asphalt mixtures).

The services provided by the Law Firm’s lawyers include, among others:

• Drafting and reviewing of contracts, including consortium agreements, execution agreements, design work contracts, geological and geophysical research contracts, construction contracts, supply contracts, subcontracting agreements, and accompanying documentation;
  • Participation in negotiations at the stage of concluding and performing contracts;
  • Ongoing legal support for Clients during the execution and settlement of contracts, including legal analyses, preparing statements and responses to calls from investors, contractors, or subcontractors.

The total value of contracts concluded by the Clients, for which the Law Firm’s attorneys and advocates provide legal services, amounts to approximately 120,000,000 PLN.
