The Court of Appeals in Rzeszow has dismissed the obligor’s complaint against the decision of the District Court in Rzeszow granting the Law Firm’s Client security for its several-million-dollar claims through the entry of a forced mortgage on the right of perpetual usufruct of real estate, as well as the seizure of receivables from bank accounts.
