We successfully carried out the process of settlement of a subcontract, under which the Client – contractor, entrusted the subcontractor with the execution of works in the electrical industry, in connection with the contract executed by the subcontractor for the execution, supply, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation on the territory of a provincial hospital.
The subject of the settlement dispute remained issues related to the subcontractor’s discontinuation of the work before its completion, the discovery of defects and faults in the completed scope of work and the subcontractor’s refusal to remove them, which in turn resulted in the need for the Client to implement substitute performance and incur related costs.
