Start Platform – Start in Podkarpackie – completion of the first round of incubation

We would like to inform you that the Law Firm has completed providing legal services to start-ups (capital companies) incubated in 2019, in the first round under the project implemented together with Rzeszowską Agencją Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. based in Rzeszow entitled Start in Podkarpackie.

In the first round of incubation, the Law Firm provided legal assistance to 35 capital companies for a total of more than 2,000 hours.

As part of the legal services, the Law Firm’s team of advocates and attorneys drafted numerous corporate documents (including, in particular, minutes of shareholders’ meetings, corporate agreements, documentation related to the share buy-back option) and personal data protection documents (including privacy policies and information clauses). In connection with the needs of the incubated entities, documents regulating the use of online stores and mobile applications were also drafted, as well as all kinds of contracts in the scope of the start-ups’ business activities.

Due to the level of services provided, the individual approach to each start-up entity and the timeliness of the completion of individual tasks, some of the incubated firms decided to continue cooperation with the Law Firm in the framework of permanent legal services outside the start-up platform.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Law Firm has started providing legal services to start-ups in the second round of incubation.
