Success in a case for payment of remuneration for performance of a real estate brokerage contract

The Law Firm’s Lawyers successfully completed negotiations and led to a court settlement in a case concerning payment of remuneration for performance of a real estate brokerage contract. The settlement was concluded on terms satisfactory to the Law Firm’s Client and avoided years of litigation. Due to the conclusion of the settlement, the Client received payment in the amount of approximately PLN 60,000 (which constituted approximately 90% of the unpaid portion of the fee under the agreement) within a short period of time from the date of filing the lawsuit.
