Success in a payment case against members of the board of directors of a limited liability company.

The District Court in Kielce fully accepted a claim for payment of approximately PLN 60,000 brought by a Law Firm’s Client. The subject matter of this case was the assertion of claims against the members of the management board of a limited liability company in connection with the ineffectiveness of the execution conducted against the company, on the basis of Article 299 of the Commercial Companies Code.

The court fully agreed with the arguments raised by the Law Firm’s lawyers, taking into account the plaintiff’s claims.
