The District Court in Kielce fully accepted the claim for payment brought by our Client. The basis of the claim was a supply contract. During the trial, the defendant claimed, among other things, the invalidity of the contract. Thanks to the arguments presented by our Law Firm’s lawyers, the District Court came to the conclusion that the contract between the parties was properly concluded, and therefore valid and can be the basis for claiming payment for the goods delivered.
