The Regional Court in Rzeszow upheld the decision of the District Court in Rzeszow, on the significant reduction of the execution fee, originally charged to the Law Firm’s Client by the bailiff conducting enforcement proceedings against him. Thanks to the efforts of the the Law Firm’s lawyers, from the originally established relative fee of more than PLN 90,000.00, the Client was finally obliged to pay only 1/3 of this fee.
