Success in the case of annulment of the contract transferring ownership of real estate

With a non-final judgment, the District Court in Rzeszow accepted the claims and allegations raised by the Law Firm’s lawyers, dismissing the lawsuit against our Clients in its entirety.

The case is unusual as the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Law Firm’s Clients aimed at eliminating from the legal market the contract under which the Clients acquired ownership of the property 15 years ago. The lawsuit was based on the claim that in the conclusion of the contract there was an alleged violation of principles of social intercourse, such as good morals, trust or fair dealing.
