The Law Firm attorneys represented a perpetual usufructuary who challenged the Mayor of the City of Rzeszow’s termination and update of the annual fee for perpetual usufruct of real estate. The District Court in Rzeszow agreed with the argumentation of the Law Firm’s lawyers, pointing out that the value of the property adopted by the authority as the basis for updating the fee was overstated. Accordingly, the court set the fee at a level corresponding to the actual value of the real estate, which is fully satisfactory to the Law Firm’s Client.
