Successful negotiation talks on the contract for the sale of shares in the ownership of real estate

After negotiations conducted by the Law Firm lawyers, the Law Firm’s Clients concluded a contract for sale of shares in the real estate ownership on favorable terms, thanks to which they became the sole owners of the real estate. The co-owners of the property remained in a long-standing dispute over the effectiveness of the acquisition of shares in the ownership of the property by the Law Firm’s Clients. Thanks to effective talks conducted with the participation of advocate Małgorzata Wojciechowska, the negotiations proceeded in accordance with the expectations of the Clients, making it possible to acquire the real estate and comprehensively end the court disputes related to the real estate pending with the participation of the co-owners of the real estate.
