He specializes in public procurement law. He advises ordering parties and contractors at all stages of public procurement proceedings – from preparing tender documentation, through participation in the tendering procedure, to contract implementation and settlement. He represents Clients in proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber (KIO) and common courts, and participates in negotiations and amicable settlements concerning public procurement disputes.
He provides legal services related to personal data protection, in particular performing the function of Data Protection Officer.
He has worked as an attorney-at-law since 2020. He has experience in providing services to entrepreneurs as well as public administration authorities. He has participated in the legal service of public investments, representing both ordering parties and contractors.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów. In 2016, he completed postgraduate studies in public procurement organized by WSPiA University of Rzeszów under the patronage of the Public Procurement Office. Then, in 2020, he completed postgraduate studies in classified information and personal data management organized by the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów.
