The law firm has established cooperation with a Client who has been implementing a construction project in the form of a service facility, with social and office space, with a net value of more than PLN 8,000,000.00. The firm’s advocates and attorneys have been providing legal assistance and advice to the Client consisting in: providing ongoing legal advice, drafting letters and participating in negotiations to resolve numerous problems related to the implementation of the construction contract, including the completion of the construction of the facility by the general contractor, the settlement of subcontractors, or obtaining permission to use the facility.
In addition, the firm represents the Client in administrative proceedings related to the amendment of the decision to support the implementation of the above investment by state authorities.
