We are pleased to announce that our Client – a reputable Company operating in the Sub Carpathian region – has won a case against a Rzeszow Cooperative for the transfer of ownership rights to a real estate located on one of the main streets of Rzeszow. The lawsuit conducted by us, initiated as a result of the Cooperative’s inaction in establishing the right of separate ownership of a commercial premises – ended with a favorable settlement for our Client, in which the Cooperative separated in favor of our Client the common property (land) with an area much larger than originally designed by the Cooperative and established separate ownership of a commercial premises with an area of approximately 3,000 m2. Thanks to these actions, our Client has become the owner of a property with a value of about PLN 6,000,000. and can decide on its own about investing in the property and bearing the costs of its maintenance.
