We are pleased to announce that recently before the Regional Court and the Court of Appeals in Warsaw there were judgments accepting in full the claims of the Law Firm’s Clients against one of the largest Polish development companies for payment of approximately PLN 1 million. The courts deciding in these cases fully agreed with the Law Firm’s argumentation as to the legitimacy of returning payment made by the plaintiffs in view of the invalidity of the contracts resulting from the lack of consent of the other spouse to their conclusion. Clients in this case were represented by an Advocate Małgorzata Wojciechowska.
