She specializes in public procurement law, investment and construction law, with particular emphasis on the investment preparation process at the pre-design and design stage. She acts on behalf of Clients in administrative proceedings related to obtaining approvals and permits for investment projects. Represents ordering parties and contractors at every stage of tender proceedings, including before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO) and in court proceedings. Advises Clients in the process of acquiring real estate from public and local government entities. She participates in projects related to the negotiation, conclusion and execution of contracts in business transactions.
She has worked as an attorney-at-law since 2015. She has extensive experience in providing legal services to local government entities, as well as in providing comprehensive legal services to business entities in the construction and production industry and the public finance sector.
She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration and in classical philology from the Faculty of Humanities of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
She speaks English.
