Joanna Wojciechowska

She specializes in contract law cases in domestic and international trade. She prepares, reviews and negotiates contracts related to serving the aviation, automotive, mining, construction and geological industries. Provides ongoing legal services to the firm’s Clients in contract law, including not only the negotiation and conclusion of contracts, but also legal support at the stage of their execution and the assertion of claims. Conducts major projects related to legal support in the process of construction and commissioning of production facilities. Participates in filing, determination, and settlement of claims of all participants in the construction process. She carries out projects related to the protection of copyrights and industrial property.

In the area of her work are matters related to corporate law, including those related to comprehensive legal services for commercial companies.

She has been associated with our law firm since 2012. She has worked as an advocate since 2019. As a lawyer, she has participated in many complex processes related to preparation and implementation of investments and their settlement. She has extensive negotiation and business experience.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. In 2020, she completed postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Intellectual Property Law. She has participated in numerous training courses and workshops in English.

She is fluent in legal and business English.
