Court proceedings against SIAC Construction Ltd. and GDDKiA (the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways)

In connection with the lack of payment of the General Contractor, i.e. SIAC Construction Ltd. to the subcontractors performing construction works related to the realization of the investment titled “Construction of Motorway A-4 Tarnów – Rzeszów”, we would like to inform you that the Law Firm is currently conducting three cases which concern the enforcement of all receivables due to our Clients jointly and severally from the Contractor and the State Treasury – GDDKiA (the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways). Preparations are currently underway to refer another case to court proceedings. The total value of claims is about one million zlotys.
