Legal support for the commissioning party on withdrawal from the contract for the construction of a regional road

Attorneys-at-law provided legal services to the Commissioning Party in the framework of a public contract for the construction of a regional road, including the execution of design documentation with obtaining a ZRID decision and construction works under the design and build formula. The value of the contract was over PLN 20,000,000.

The scope of legal assistance provided by the law firm included, among other things, preparation of a legal opinion presenting comprehensive solutions to legal issues related to the implementation of the contract and the possibility of withdrawal from the contract for reasons attributable to the Contractor, as well as preparation of draft documents related to mutual withdrawal from the contract by both the Contractor and the Commissioning Party.
