The Regional Court in Warsaw, in a July 2015 judgment, agreed with the position of the Law Firm’s lawyers that it is possible to obtain evidence during the course of a lawsuit through an investigator in order to rebut the claims of the opposing party. Such conduct is not unlawful, so it is not subject to consideration under personal property claims.
