The advocates and attorneys of our law firm successfully represented a Client in a lawsuit for the protection of personal rights. In the case in question, the plaintiff alleged a violation of personal property such as honor, good name and business reputation in the statements made by the law firm’s client in the content of an interview given to one of the portals. Accordingly, it demanded the publication of an apology. The court of first instance fully shared the argumentation of the law firm’s lawyers that in the circumstances of the case and its broad situational background, which consisted of the entirety of the professional relationships of the competing entities related to the plaintiff and the law firm’s client, the actions of the law firm’s client were not unlawful. For these reasons, the claim was dismissed.
