On June 2, 2011, an All-Poland Scientific Conference entitled; “Space and real estate as a subject of administrative law” was held at the Marshal’s Office of the Podkarpackie Province. The organizer of the Conference was the Department of Administrative Law at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, and the participants included our Law Firm. The Conference was addressed to the scientific community dealing with aspects of administrative law with particular emphasis on real estate law, practicing lawyers, local and government administration employees and entrepreneurs. The subject of the Conference was issues related to the legal conditions of investment, in particular; spatial planning, legal issues of the investment process, implementation of public roads, division of real estate, real estate management and perpetual usufruct.
