The Law Firm provided legal assistance to a Client operating in the construction and sanitation industry in the preparation and processing of applications for the valorization of remuneration for the performance of construction works under public contracts, which were granted by the contracting authorities.
After the date of conclusion of construction contracts by the Client, there were factual circumstances that prevented the realization of investments based on the bids submitted during tender proceedings.
The Law Firm conducted a legal analysis in the context of the possibility of pursuing claims based on contractual provisions, including FIDIC conditions, as well as on the basis of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and the Civil Code.
