She specializes in labor law in its broadest sense, providing ongoing support and legal assistance in resolving legal issues in the employer-employee relationship. She performs comprehensive audits of employment-related documents. She drafts and adapts all intra-company legislation to the individual needs of employers. Provides legal support to employers in negotiating terms and conditions of employment with trade unions and at the stage of their implementation, interpretation, and execution.
She represents Clients as an attorney in administrative proceedings, including appeals and complaints before the Voivodship Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as in labor law litigation.
She has acquired her more than 20 years of professional experience in labor law, administrative law, and public finance by working not only as an attorney-at-law, but also in other positions in public administration.
She is a coach with many years of experience in conducting trainings on labor law. She has extensive experience in effectively and interestingly teaching the subjects. She conducts classes on labor law, both in the form of open training, as well as training tailored to the individual needs of Clients, resulting from the profile of their business.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin.
