She specializes in contract law, including those related to investment and construction law and geological and mining law. She provides the firm’s Clients with ongoing, day-to-day legal services in contract law, including negotiation and conclusion of contracts, legal support at the stage of contract execution and claims investigation. Conducts projects related to legal support in the process of construction and start-up of production facilities. Advises business entities in investment processes and in the implementation of construction and geological projects.
She provides ongoing legal assistance in resolving legal issues in the employer-employee relationship. She supports employers in the process of concluding and terminating employment contracts, introducing intra-company legislation, and cooperating with trade unions.
She has worked as an attorney-at-law since 2003. During more than 20 years of experience gained in a large chemical capital group, she has cooperated with many contractors of the group’s companies in areas related to design, production, management, energy, finance, research and development or real estate.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. As a specialization, she completed postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in the field of Contract Law in Consumer and Professional Trade (2023).
She speaks legal English.
