Małgorzata Wojciechowska

She specializes in the issues related to preparation and legal service of large investment and construction projects, at the stage of real estate purchase, financial security of the investment, in the design and execution stages. Participates in the settlement of large infrastructure and volume investments. Represents entities in court and arbitration proceedings in evidentially complex and legally complicated cases. She is an active mediator in commercial and civil cases.

She has worked as an advocate since 2007. Prior to that, she had worked as an attorney-at-law since 1991. She has gained experience in real estate law, geological and mining law, investment law and construction law by providing services to the largest companies in the Podkarpackie province in the mining, design, and construction industry, as well as public entities. Her experience also includes corporate services for companies combined with the processes of their division, merger, and transformation.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 2010 – 2011 she completed postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw in the field of Company Law. She has participated in numerous conferences and lectures related to her area of professional interest.
